Client Bookings
We recommend you book ahead for all treatments. Please let us know in advance if you have any health considerations that may affect your treatment.
You must advise us during the booking if you obtain any gift-voucher or a promotion that you wish to redeem, or you will be charged the full amount of the service and we will not accept any redeemtion (including a pre-paid voucher).
We require you to provide your credit card details to secure your appointment for all treatments (including gift vouchers).
Etiquette
To ensure all our guests enjoy a tranquil experience we request that noise be kept to a minimum and mobile phones to be turned to silent.
We also suggest that you leave all your valuables at home, as we do not take responsibility for missing items.
For you to enjoy the full value of your spa treatments, we suggest you arrive at least 10 minutes early. If you arrive late, this may result in your treatment being customised to fit in with our schedule, and to accommodate the following guest.
Children under 12 are not permitted in our day spa.
Customer Satisfaction
Our 14 day satisfaction guarantee: If you are not happy with the services provided by us, we are happy to provide you with a store credit at our discretion.
Our range of multi-award winning products have been carefully selected and come with the manufacturer's own warranty. For change of mind, the product must be returned in its original, unopened condition within 14 Days of purchase in which case, a store credit can be offered at our discretion.
Cancellations
Any cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No show will incur 100% cancellation fee. (Inc. all gift vouchers)
If you leave during a service uncompleted, we still require a full payment of the service booked. We do not customise the payment to the amount of time spent in the day spa.
For uncivilised or unco-operative customers we have the right to ask you to leave our premises and if necessary ask the police to assist with the matter and the individual will still be charged the cancellation fee.
Payments
We accept cash, Eftpos and major credit cards.
Credit card minimum spend $50.

Gift Vouchers Use
Please treasure your gift voucher as cash, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen vouchers. Gift vouchers are not refundable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Depending on pre-agreement before purchasing, gift vouchers may be transferable.
